“On Warren and Second Street . . . you will find a floral shop called Becky’s. In this general area you will find a mix of housing and a few businesses that span off for a few blocks. The front of the store is an addition to the house. When the business was started, it did not intend to grow to the point where it is today. The shop owner was once someone who started to work out of the house and as the business grew and grew, there was need for expansion. I believe the only reason that it is there is because of being “grandfathered in.”
